The Role
To ensure an efficient and effective support service by providing a comprehensive confidential secretarial and administrative service across the whole range of the Management Team remit.
In this key role, you will:

Create and maintain databases for a variety of management team information requirements including absence management and local training data.

Produce reports on a regular basis to inform the management team in its delivery of performance management objectives.

Access Management Team e-mail system to enable prioritisation and redirecting or actioning as required which entails a high degree of confidentiality.

Provide support to a wide range of meetings including arranging facilities/venues, preparing agendas and distributing supporting papers to participants. Attend internal and statutory meetings to record formal minutes and distribution of notes and relevant papers to internal and external members. Following up on action points as required.

Provide admin support when required to the wider Maintenance Team.
What You'll Bring:

Professional qualification i.e. HNC in a relevant discipline (Business Admin/Secretarial Studies/Public Administration) or equivalent previous experience in a secretarial role (ie experience as a department/personal secretary)

Well-developed interpersonal skills in customer care.

Excellent communication skills.

Good organisational and planning skills.
-
A driving licence is required; this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
