Applicants must have at least 2 years of retail experience.
Previous Supervisor Role experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. All previous applicants must reapply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key to the role of a Supervisor is supporting our Store Managers in all aspects of running the store – motivating the team, making sure the right stuff is on the shelves and keeping everything ship-shape behind the scenes.
- To deliver customer service in line with our high Customer Service standards
- To contribute ideas for driving the business and its team forward.
- To assist in developing a motivated and empowered team through a positive management style
- To assist in ensuring training is delivered as scheduled
- To use relevant processes and policies to control the security of people, stock and cash
- To assist in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and health and food safety responsibilities.
