Casual Holiday Cottage Cleaner – The Boathouse
We are looking for a reliable and friendly cleaner to help with changeovers at The Boathouse, our one-bedroom holiday cottage at Sandgreen.
This is a casual, paid position, with hours depending on bookings. Changeovers will usually take place between guests leaving and arriving, so some weekend availability may be required.
Pay us £65 for 3 1/2 Hours
This is usually ample time to clean the property
The property consists of
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
open plan kitchen lounge
Oven hob
Fridge
Dish washer
Cloak room with toilet wash hand basin
Washing machine tumble dryer
Freezer
Duties will include:
- Cleaning the bedroom, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas
- Changing and making the bed
- Vacuuming, dusting and mopping
- Cleaning and preparing the kitchen and bathrooms
- Emptying bins and replenishing guest supplies
- Swere and hose down the deck and glass balastrade
- Checking that the cottage is beautifully presented and ready for arriving guests
- Letting us know about any damage, maintenance problems or missing items
Previous holiday-let or hospitality cleaning experience would be helpful, but reliability, attention to detail and pride in making the cottage welcoming are most important.
The role would suit someone local who can work independently and occasionally help at short notice.
