Duties
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow and exceptional guest experiences
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of serving staff, baristas, and kitchen assistants to deliver high-quality service
- Ensure all food safety protocols are strictly followed, including proper handling, storage, and hygiene practices
- Assist with coordinating restaurant such as reservations, seating arrangements, and event setups
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area to uphold a welcoming atmosphere
- Provide training and support to team members on service standards, food safety, and hospitality best practices
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in hospitality settings such as restaurants or bars.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment
- Cellar Management
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff alike
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including serving techniques and hospitality standard
