Experienced Seamstress Wanted - In-Person Role, GL1 5RZ
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Seamstress to join our team in an in-person role based in GL1 5RZ.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sewing, textile production, and warehouse or workshop environments. You should be confident working with leather and a wide range of fabrics, following patterns accurately, and producing high-quality garments and textile products.
Experience making bags, pillows, clothing, and similar items is essential. The successful candidate must also have excellent attention to detail, strong practical sewing skills, and the ability to complete work neatly, accurately, and to a consistently high standard.
Key skills and experience:
- Experience working with leather and different types of fabric
- Experience making bags, pillows, clothing, and textile products
- Ability to read and follow sewing patterns
- Accurate cutting, measuring, assembling, and finishing
- Experience using industrial or standard sewing machines
- Warehouse, workshop, or production experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
