Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our food production operations at our site in Brechin, Quality Pork Processors Limited.
To take partial responsibility for managing the abattoir and all team members. You will be partially responsible for ensuring that all products are manufactured according to specification. You will ensure that all production, technical and safety documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner; filed accurately and/or forwarded to the appropriate personnel playing a key role in the business’ brand integrity. You will maintain an environment of continuous improvement, driving forward targets and performance levels. You will be partially responsible for the drive of training requirements throughout the abattoir.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food production, preferably within the meat industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
