We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our homes that cares for and supports children with emotional and behavioural difficulties in one of our residential homes.
Located in Shipley, our home accommodates up to 5 young people up to the age of 18.
It provides a safe, supportive environment for children who require care away from their family setting. The home focuses on creating a nurturing atmosphere where young people can develop life skills, receive emotional support, and work towards positive outcomes. Staff are dedicated to promoting well-being, education, and personal growth, ensuring each child feels valued and cared for.

About the role
We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager to assist the Registered Children’s Homes Manager in providing excellent leadership for our home. You will be experienced within residential childcare, dedicated, highly professional, and caring, with the passion to provide exceptional care and experiences for children. You will need to be resilient, flexible and experienced in managing staff and the needs of children and young people.

What we expect from you

Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare.

Experience of caring for children and young people, in a residential or short breaks setting.

Experience of supervising staff.
