Role Overview
Vendo Digital is looking for a confident, commercially-minded Creative Strategist to own creative strategy across a portfolio of high-growth D2C accounts. You'll sit at the heart of our creative function, transforming performance insights into concepts, scripts, testing structures, and creative direction that deliver measurable results.
This role is ideal for someone with around 2–3 years' experience in creative strategy, paid social, or performance marketing, ideally within an agency, who understands buyer psychology and enjoys problem-solving through creative experimentation. You'll be the person clients trust for strategic direction, and the person our media and production teams rely on for sharp, testable creative thinking.
Our business is built on supporting ambitious D2C, e-commerce, healthcare, and hire brands across a wide range of industries, meaning no two days are ever the same. You'll manage multiple accounts, turning creative data into structured, conversion-led output.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance-driven creative strategies across Meta and TikTok for a portfolio of high-growth D2C accounts
- Translate creative performance data into insights, structured testing plans, and actionable recommendations
- Concept, script, and brief UGC, high-production video, motion graphics, and static design assets
- Build clear, structured creative briefs for UGC creators and production teams, and manage delivery to brief and on time
- Continuously test and optimise creative, understanding what makes an asset convert and why
- Partner closely with account management, media buying, production, and design teams to ensure alignment, quality, and clarity
- Present strategic thinking, performance insights, and creative recommendations to clients with confidence
- Maintain accurate, timely account updates in line with our internal compliance standards, including the 48-hour Asana update rule
- Stay ahead of platform trends and evolving consumer behaviour, translating change into clear creative recommendations
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously with speed, structure, and attention to detail
- Contribute to a repeatable, evolving testing roadmap that raises the bar on creative output across accounts
Skills & Experience
- 2–3+ years' experience in creative strategy, paid social, or performance marketing, ideally agency-side
- A proven track record of producing high-performing Meta or TikTok creative
- Strong analytical ability and confidence interpreting performance data
- A deep understanding of buyer psychology and what drives purchase decisions
- Experience concepting, scripting, and briefing UGC, video, motion, and static assets
- Great communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to clients
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong multi-account management skills
- A proactive, commercially minded, growth-oriented mindset
- Confidence working across production, design, media buying, and account teams

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
