Meadowbank Tree Services Ltd is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Grounds person. We are looking for someone with the motivation and drive to complete work to a high standard and take pride in their role. This role is to join our Head of Maintenance working as a pair on our year-round contract doing grounds maintenance around the Midlands at various commercial sites running on a consistent bi-weekly schedule.
A successful applicant needs to hold a valid driving license. The ideal candidate would preferably have experience with using hedge cutters, strimmers, and blowers, however, training will be provided if not, the perfect candidate would have experience with using a stand-on SCAG mower and their spraying licence. Overall, we are looking for an individual who is well-rounded, has good communication skills, and is highly motivated.
You will be working mainly with high-end national landscapers, builders, and local councils running high-spec equipment and vehicles within our fleet. Due to this kind of working environment, we are looking for someone who has an understanding and appreciation for Health and Safety and can operate within a given risk assessment and communicate well with their team leader on site.
Starting salary is negotiable depending on experience and will be discussed during the interview.

- All PPE provided
- Spraying license preferred but not necessary
- 20 days paid annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- Able to commute to Bromsgrove base, average start time 6am
- Driving licence is essential, must have been passed 1 year.
