Job Overview
Part time Duty bar manager required.
basic 25 hours per week.
Contract until November
£17 per hour, Paid weekly.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the bar team, ensuring efficient and professional service at all times
- Oversee daily bar operations, including stock control, ordering, and cleanliness standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including alcohol licensing laws
- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and courteously
- Lead staff training programmes to promote product knowledge and excellent customer service skills
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue and optimise operational efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the organisation’s standards of hospitality excellence
