Our team is seeking an experienced Customer Service Assistant to support our NHS Talking Therapies service in Surrey. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail. If you have strong organisational and communication skills, a methodical approach and a ‘can do’ attitude we’d love to hear from you.

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week on a fixed term basis until 11/01/2027. The salary for this position is £26,250 per annum. This role is remote and will be worked from home - please note you must be based in the UK for this position.

In this role you will act as a first point of contact for clients to ensure that they are able to access appropriate services and treatment efficiently and promptly. You will provide high quality customer service to every client and external stakeholder who makes contact with the service.
You will work as part of an administrative and secretarial team that is integrated into our wider Talking Therapies service, working in close partnership with other health care professionals, partner agencies, service commissioners and internal clinical/mental health teams to ensure that clients receive prompt advice and treatment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills, and a commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals. You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage your time effectively. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do and has a positive and engaging approach to our clients and key stakeholders.

Maths & English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent qualification

Demonstrable experience of working in an office environment
