Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Training Administrator Apprenticeship to support our learning and development programmes. This paid apprenticeship role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in training administration within a dynamic organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating apprenticeship activities, maintaining training records, and supporting the delivery of effective learning initiatives. A strong interest in human resources, teaching, and digital learning tools is essential, alongside excellent communication skills and organisational abilities.
Duties
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of apprenticeship training sessions and workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of training programs, schedules and participant attendance.
- Handle inquiries related to training programs and provide customer service support to participants.
- Organise and manage documentation related to apprenticeships, including attendance, assessments, and feedback.
- Liaise with trainers, mentors, and apprentices to ensure smooth communication and programme delivery.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging presentations and training content employing presentation skills.
- Support onboarding processes for new apprentices, including induction sessions and initial assessments.
- Assist with reporting on apprenticeship programme metrics and outcomes for internal review purposes.
- Provide general administrative support related to human resources functions, including utilisation of HRIS systems like Salesforce.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within a training or learning and development environment..
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience or interest in teaching or mentoring roles within a corporate environment.
- Ability to utilise Salesforce for tracking trainee progress and programme data.
- Competence in delivering presentations confidently using presentation tools.
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to apprenticeships is desirable but not essential; willingness to learn is important.
