Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient individual to join our team as a Bartender / cocktail maker at Christopher's. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment where guests can enjoy expertly crafted cocktails and excellent service. This job opportunity will be covering Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. It is essential that you like people, love to upsell and can work with in a small team environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to guests.
- Take orders accurately and provide attentive service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service.
- Handle cash transactions and billing accurately.
- Support the overall guest experience by providing friendly assistance.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, bartending, or serving roles.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong time management skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- A positive attitude and team spirit.
Preferred:
- Previous restaurant or bar experience.
- Familiarity with cocktail recipes.
