MaiElle Cleaning Services is seeking reliable and experience self-employed Residential Cleaners to join our growing team across London and Essex.
As a Self-Employed Residential Cleaner, you will provide high-quality cleaning services in customers' homes, ensuring every property is cleaned to our professional standards. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have excellent attention to detail, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Regular Cleaning, Deep Cleaning and End of Tenancy Cleaning services
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitise and clean all areas of the property to a high standard.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and customer instructions.
- Arrive on time and complete jobs efficiently
- Report any damages, maintenance concerns or issues promptly.
- Communication professionally with customers and the MaiElle Cleaning Services team.
- Respect clients' homes, belongings and privacy at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Upload job updates or photographs where required.
Essential Requirements
- Previous professional residential cleaning experience.
- Self-employed or willing to register as self-employed.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
- Basic or Enhanced DBS Check (required before starting).
- Valid Public Liability Insurance.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
- Maintain high cleaning standards.
