We are pleased to say that we are expanding our business and are looking for a Class 1 Tramper Driver to work with our existing team.
HGV Drivers working week.
Monday – Fridays with a minimum of 45 hours per week, You will be required to be available for overtime as more hours are available during peak periods.
Start time on Monday 3.00am, the rest of the week will vary depending on your route .
Weekly pay, 20 days holiday & bank holidays.
The driver duties will include
Completing driving related paperwork and vehicle checks daily
Multidrops of 6 - 9per load
Loading and unloading of palletized goods from vehicles.
Usual routes include the following..
Monday to Tuesday, (this includes a night out)
Deliveries into South West England ie: Swansea ,Cardiff, Newport, Bristol, Reading.
Tuesday to Friday (this includes nights out)
Deliveries into North West England ie: Liverpool, Preston, Manchester.
Deliveries into North East England ie: Leeds, Doncaster, Sheffield, Nottingham.
The weekly schedule is to leave the depot on a Monday morning at 3.00am to deliver into Cardiff area. Return to site on Tuesday morning and the reload to go straight back out to deliveries in the midlands. Reload on a Wednesday/Thursday for deliver into North England areas, then arrive back to site on Friday. This will mean you will have 2-3 nights out per week in the vehicle.
You must hold a valid UK licence for Class 1 for more than 3 years, and valid DCPC and driver card.
