We are looking for a reliable, practical handyman to help maintain a portfolio of residential properties.
The role involves a variety of general maintenance tasks, including:
Small repairs and odd jobs
Basic painting and decorating
Gardening and outdoor maintenance
General property upkeep
This position may particularly suit an active retired person looking for flexible, part-time work, although applications are welcome from anyone with the right skills and experience.
Requirements:
Practical, hands-on maintenance skills
Reliable and trustworthy
Full driving licence and own transport
Able to work independently and manage a varied workload
