Paterson (Scotland) is a small family-run business which has just celebrated its 40th anniversary. It supplies quality merchandise to the golf industry and hospitality trade by personalizing various products.
We are looking for a detail-orientated trainee Embroidery Machine Operator to join our small team. As an embroidery machine operator, you will be responsible for running 6 and 4 head Tajima embroidery machines, ensuring high quality on various garments while meeting deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of following instructions. This role demands attention to detail and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Who We Are Looking For
· Experience operating embroidery machines (preferred).
· Experience working with Wilcom and Ethos Software (advantageous).
· Quick learner, with ability to follow tried and tested procedures.
· Strong attention to detail to ensure precise embroidery work.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Good time-management skills to meet deadlines.
· Team player with a proactive attitude.
Hours of Work
· Monday to Thursday 7.15hrs – 16.00hrs
