Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Assembler/Joiner to join our production team in Ormskirk.
The Role
As a Assembler/Joiner, you will play a key role in the manufacture and preparation of our bespoke timber doorsets. Working from detailed production instructions, you will be responsible for assembling products to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
As every project is bespoke, the role requires excellent attention to detail, a proactive approach, and pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and follow detailed work instructions and production documentation.
- Assemble bespoke door frames and doorsets accurately and efficiently.
- Fit a range of ironmongery to customer specifications.
- Install glazing and glazed units where required.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process.
- Prepare completed products for dispatch.
- Support the wider production team to ensure customer deadlines are met.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience operating woodworking machinery within a joinery or door manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in joinery assembly or a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Professional, reliable, and positive attitude.
- Some professional joinery experience.
Desirable
- Experience fitting ironmongery and glazing systems.
- Experience working with bespoke or made-to-order products.
- Knowledge of timber doorsets and associated products.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 7:30am – 2:00pm
Pay: From £13.85 per hour
