Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Textile Studio and CAD Assistant to join our team. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the preparation of digital print files and to support digital design projects. Ideally, the ideal candidate will be passionate about textiles, have experience in CAD software, and be conversant with such software as excel and google sheets.
The position is being offered as part time, with a view to full time in the future.
Experience of the followiing would be preferable:
Understanding of Photoshop design and colour manipulation with the ability to revise layouts based on instructions and customer/team feedback.
Basic knowledge of Indesign and adobe CAD suite.
Experience in the textile and wallpaper industry including step and repeating patterns and layout of patterns and designs based on product specifications.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Googlesheets.
Ability to work to deadlines and manage your work schedule.
Training will be given on all the above but prior experience is an advantage.
Pay: £12.93 per hour
