Responsibilities

- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols to maintain compliance with health regulations
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability
- Train staff on hospitality best practices, food production techniques, and customer service skills
- Ensure all food safety standards are met and maintained across kitchen and bar areas
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create a welcoming environment for all guests
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in restaurant or hospitality settings with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant experience including food preparation, cooking, bartending, serving, and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and food production processes
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, hotel or barista experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with an energetic approach to guest service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
