Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations of the nursery room, being a key person for a group of children and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Qualifications:
- Any relevant Level 2 or above
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and management
- Drive continuous improvement in childcare practices and educational programs
- Implement and maintain high standards of care for children in the nursery
- Plan and organize activities that promote learning and development
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to drive positive change in childcare practices
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Proficiency in English language
