Belleza Beauty is a friendly and professional salon based in Chelmsford, offering a wide range of high-quality beauty treatments including Threading, Facials, Waxing, Pedicure & Manicure, Brows/Lashes, Nails, and Massage.
We are looking for a passionate and reliable beauty therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled, customer-focused, and committed to delivering excellent service in a welcoming salon environment.
Duties
- Provide professional beauty treatments including Threading, Facials, Waxing, Pedicure & Manicure, Brows/Lashes, Nails, and Massage to a high standard.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming salon experience
- Carry out client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas
- Prepare and sanitise workstations before and after each client
- Manage appointments efficiently and keep to schedule
- Handle client queries and resolve any issues professionally
- Promote and upsell salon services and retail products
- Work as part of a team to support smooth daily salon operations
- Keep up to date with new treatments, trends, and training
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain treatments clearly
- Fluency in English is essential for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of service are maintained
- Friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for the beauty industry
