Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitised.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients in English.
- Assist clients with makeup application as needed, enhancing their overall experience.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques is an advantage but not essential.
