Drift Limits is one of the UK’s leading performance driving experience providers, delivering supercar, drifting and single-seater experiences to customers from across the country. Based in Hertfordshire, we pride ourselves on professionalism, high safety standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences both on and off the track.
We are now seeking a confident, organised and creative individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Photographer within our Media Centre.
The Role
This is a customer-facing role combining reception duties with photography and digital media responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for customers collecting and purchasing their media, while also capturing and editing high-quality imagery from their driving experience.
This is a fast-paced environment, particularly at weekends and during peak event days, so strong organisation and composure under pressure are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers to the Media Centre
- Managing media sign-out procedures
- Handling payments for onboard footage and photography packages
- Upselling media products professionally and confidently
- Serving drinks and snacks from the Media Centre
- Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area
- Capturing high-quality portrait and candid images throughout the day
- Assisting with parts procurement for our fleet of vehicles where required
- Editing photos to a professional standard
- Preparing and distributing customer image packages in a timely manner
- Ensuring data is stored and handled securely in accordance with GDPR
- Assisting with the creation of engaging social media content
- Capturing behind-the-scenes footage and short-form video
- Supporting content scheduling and posting across platforms
- Working with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, events or similar)
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Competent in photography (DSLR or mirrorless systems preferred)
- Proficient in Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop (or equivalent editing software)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Comfortable handling payments and basic POS systems
- Ability to work weekends
Desirable
- Interest in motorsport or automotive culture
- Experience in events or track environments
- Experience with video editing software
- Driving licence (preferred but not essential)

Hours & Shift Patterns
- Shorter shifts during midweek with earlier finish times in the winter
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
- 30 minute lunch break
- Over time opportunities for event coverage
