We are looking for friendly and customer-focused bar staff, preferably (but not essentially) with some experience preparing and serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, handling cash and card transactions, maintaining a clean bar area. At busier times the ability to work in fast-paced environment, managing orders, whilst creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Taking food orders and waiting to table, learning some cellarwork and ability to adapt changes in tasks as they occur. Reliable, presentable and good time keeping are all important
