This is a rewarding role where you’ll be helping children who need additional support to feel confident, included, and engaged throughout the school day. Support may be provided on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, depending on the needs of the setting.
- Providing support on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assisting pupils with classroom engagement and routines
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- Working collaboratively with teaching and SEN staff
- Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Have at least 6 months’ experience working with children with SEN or within a similar role
- Are patient, reliable, and empathetic
- Enjoy building positive relationships with young people
- Want to make a genuine difference in education
Experience in education, care, support work, or youth work is highly valued.

Hours: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: £93.63 – £100.00 per day
