About the Role
You'll work closely with the family and a supportive clinical team to deliver essential care, including:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred clinical care
- BiPAP therapy
- Suctioning
- PEG feeding
- Administer daily and emergency medications safely
- Support the child’s development, activities, and emotional wellbeing
- Follow individual care plans and maintain clear, accurate records
- Work flexibly across a day and night shift rota
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in paediatric complex care (essential)
- Confident with Gastrostomy button/tube feed, BiPAP, hoist, and non invasive ventilation care
- Calm, compassionate, and capable in emergency situations
- Flexible availability for both day and night shifts
- Driving licence – desirable
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) – preferred
