The Rhino Products group are looking for a Production Scheduler/Planner to join our growing business based at either our Deeside or Ellesmere Port site (to be confirmed).

Reporting into the Group Procurement Manager The main purpose of the role is to effectively manage the flow of work through the factory, ensuring capacity requirements are clear, materials are available and customer demands are met.
Key Responsibilities:
· To manage a portfolio of make to order and make to stock items
· To oversee the creation of works orders through the MRP process
· To purchase raw materials to maintain stock levels or to meet the production schedule
· To monitor stock levels and shortages and expedite deliveries where required
· To analyse material usage and update ERP reorder levels and batch sizes
· To liaise with the Design team regarding product changes and closely manage stock levels of the items affected
· To liaise with the Sales team regarding priorities and shortages
· To communicate with Production daily regarding schedules, priorities and material availability
· To assist with the development of the ERP system
· To provide regular reports covering capacity, output, inventory and spend

About You
· 3 years in a similar role, working in a fast paced, manufacturing environment, dealing with a large number of SKUs and suppliers.
- Production or Capacity Planning, data analysis roles
- Degree Educated (desirable)

Salary - £32,000 to £35,000 per annum
23 Days Holiday per annum + bank holidays
Monday to Thursday 8.30-5pm
Friday: 8.30am-4pm
