Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Sales Executive to drive business growth within the beauty industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and motivating the team to achieve sales targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise and sales acumen in a vibrant salon environment.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase salon product and service sales.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients whilst actively seeking new business opportunities through B2B sales channels.
- Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, analyse data, and generate reports for management review.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Organise training sessions for staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor sales performance metrics regularly and adjust strategies accordingly to optimise results.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferable but not necessary attitude and enthusiasm is the most important. Candidate would preferably be working in the beauty industry.
- Computer literatate and good common sense with ability to learn.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop.
- Organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members alike.
- Hindi speaking will have an advantage
- Skills in beauty/makeup will give you an advantage

Pay: £12.74-£15.00 per hour
