We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting, combined with strong organisational skills, will be highly valued.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards.
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared safely and in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage cash and card transactions accurately, providing correct change and receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
- Engage with guests to promote specials or upcoming events, enhancing their overall experience.
- Adhere to responsible serving policies by monitoring guest alcohol consumption and refusing service when appropriate.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality, food safety, or serving roles within a restaurant or bar environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and presentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
- Time management skills to ensure prompt service during shifts.
- A friendly attitude and genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service are essential.

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
