We are seeking professional, self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic individuals to be part of our in-house maintenance team.
VSPG Housing has an in-house maintenance team who are sent out to our portfolio of properties to resolve any maintenance issues that are raised by our tenants. Alongside our properties, VSPG Housing also has two 69 bed hotels/hostels with residents and are having to ensure that the two hotels/hostels are always maintained to standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ideal candidates will be a qualified multi skilled all-round engineer and able to undertake a range of the following below, some include but are not limited to:
- Making and receiving phone calls from tenants/management.
- Reporting maintenance reports from tenants to management
- Joinery
- Plumbing
- Basic Electrical Works
- Resolving any Damp/Mould Issues
- General Building work
- Adhering to all health and safety policies
- Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full time 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday- 9pm- 5pm
Entry Requirements:
Ideal candidate MUST HAVE good spoken English and be competent using mobile phone technology. Candidates should be able to confidently liaise with tenants and management. Candidates must also have at least 1 year’s experience in maintenance.
ESSENTIAL: Have a Full Clean UK Driving License.
