We are looking for a motivated, organised, and customer-focused Driver Liaison to join our growing team. As one of the biggest taxi firms in Manchester, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service to both our drivers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for our taxi drivers.
- Support drivers with onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with driver account queries and day-to-day operational issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing drivers.
- Coordinate driver recruitment and induction processes.
- Ensure all driver records are accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with the operations team to resolve driver-related matters efficiently.
- Monitor driver performance and provide guidance where required.
- Handle telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries professionally.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and administrative tasks.
- Help maintain company standards, policies, and licensing requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Confident using computers and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service, transport, recruitment, or administration is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of the taxi or private hire industry is an advantage but full training will be provided.
