What are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join a busy hotel in Telford (TF3). This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone with experience supporting management, conducting room inspections, and leading housekeeping teams to consistently deliver high standards.
We're seeking a dedicated, hardworking individual who leads by example and isn't afraid to get involved when needed. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in supporting hotel operations through a varied range of supervisory and housekeeping duties.
What will your main responsibilities be?
You will be accountable for successfully supervising a team of room attendants, you will encourage and support the team, ensuring the highest possible standards are always kept. You will be providing support to the Deputy Head Housekeeper.
You must be flexible to help the room attendants and get stuck in with the team, you must also be comfortable with supervising the team in the absence of the Deputy Head Housekeeper (when they have days off and are away on holiday.)

- Telford TF3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
