You will bridge the gap between busy hiring schedules and an outstanding candidate onboarding process, acting as the primary hub of our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Experience: Act as the primary touchpoint for job applicants, scheduling interviews, sending application updates, and maintaining a positive candidate journey.
- ATS & Data Management: Keep our Applicant Tracking System up-to-date with accurate candidate files, application statuses, and interview logs.
- Pre-Employment Compliance: Coordinate background checks, reference requests, right-to-work documentation, and offer letters with high attention to detail.
- Job Posting Support: Assist with formatting, optimizing, and distributing job listings across major boards, career pages, and social media channels.
- Consultant Logistics: Manage calendars for recruitment specialists, organize interview itineraries, and assist with client communication materials.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment (recruitment, HR, or professional services preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and confidence using ATS software or cloud databases.
- Communication: Clear, friendly, and accurate written and verbal communication skills to represent our business professionally.
- Detail-Oriented: A track record of high precision, organizational discipline, and the ability to track multiple moving parts without missing a deadline.
- Location & Work Rights: Based in or near Liverpool with full eligibility to work in the UK.
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
