Your Role
As a Casa Care Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support tailored to each client's individual needs.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing personal care while maintaining dignity and privacy
Supporting clients with washing, dressing and daily routines
Preparing meals and assisting with household tasks
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting mobility and independence
Accompanying clients to appointments or activities where required
Following individual care plans and safeguarding procedures
Keeping accurate and confidential care records
Working closely with families, colleagues and other professionals

You should have:

Excellent communication skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A commitment to providing excellent, person-centred care
Previous care experience is desirable, but full training can be provided
The right to work in the UK
A driving licence and access to a vehicle may be advantageous depending on the care role and location.
