Based in Kidderminster, we are a well-established family business with a loyal customer base and a strong team culture. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and organised Sales Administrator to join our busy office team.
The Role
This is a key position supporting our Sales, Finance and Service Delivery teams. You will play an important role in ensuring customer orders, quotations and internal processes are managed accurately and efficiently while maintaining the high standards of service our customers expect.
This role is ideally suited to someone with previous sales administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and takes pride in attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls and assist with customer service enquiries.
- Create and manage quotations generated by our Technical Teams.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate progression through our ticketing and finance systems.
- Liaise with customers and internal departments to keep orders and projects moving smoothly.
- Assist with customer order queries and updates.
- Support the administration of software upgrades and project scheduling.
- Assist with purchasing activities and stock administration.
- Provide administrative support across Sales, Finance, Service Delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within CRM and business systems.
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer communication and service.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years' experience in a Sales Administrator or similar administrative role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using CRM systems such as ConnectWise Sell, Pegasus Opera 3 CRM, or similar.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A process-driven and customer-focused mindset.
Desirable
- Experience within an IT, technology, service delivery or technical business environment.
- Experience working with ticketing systems, order processing or purchasing administration.

Working Hours:
37½ hours per week
- Monday: 9:00am – 5.30pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am – 5.30pm
- Wednesday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Thursday: 9:00am – 5.30pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
