Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Care Workers to support individuals within our community. Duties
- Provide personalised care and support to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with clients and relevant professionals.
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Foster positive relationships by offering emotional support and encouragement.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, progress notes, and any changes in client needs.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.
- Promote independence by encouraging clients to participate in community activities and daily routines.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Basic IT skills for maintaining electronic records and documentation.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities when supporting clients or mentoring new staff members.
- Experience or knowledge in developing and reviewing care plans is desirable.
- Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in social care or related fields are advantageous but not essential.
