We have an opportunity for a Customer Contact Specialist to join our team at Poole Audi.
As a Customer Contact Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our brands. Responsible for managing customer enquiries and service bookings, you will proactively contact customers to discuss service plans, maintenance requirements, and aftersales opportunities, helping to build lasting customer relationships while achieving booking and sales targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Make outbound calls to follow up on existing customer enquiries.
Contact our customers to discuss the benefits of Service Plans and assist with plan setup and sales.
Promote and sell applicable scheduled maintenance, associated repair work, and vehicle recall campaigns.
Achieve monthly service booking and Service Plan targets.
Handle inbound service booking enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service across all customer interactions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Accurately update customer records and booking information in relevant systems.
What you will need to be a Customer Contact Specialist at Poole Audi.
Ideally experience within the automotive industry or within an aftersales environment.
Experience in a customer-facing or telephone-based customer service role.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Good technical understanding and the ability to explain information clearly to customers.
Target-driven with the ability to achieve sales and booking objectives.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when updating customer records.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A professional, customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.30
