Role Overview
PetitiCo Veterinary Services Ltd. is looking for a Veterinary Practice Operations Manager to oversee clinic operations, improve service delivery, and support exceptional patient care through effective leadership and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day veterinary practice operations.
- Coordinate clinical support and administrative teams.
- Monitor operational performance and patient service standards.
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and health and safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across practice operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Practice Management, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing veterinary, healthcare, or clinical operations.
- Strong organizational, financial, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: £86,000.00 per year
