Main Responsibilities
- To support the kitchen team by maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organised environment, ensuring all cleaning tasks and duties are carried out to the highest standard and recorded on Trail.
- To adhere to the practices and procedures set out in the Food Safety Management System, with attention to cleaning schedules, chemical safety, and hygiene protocols.
- To work in an efficient and organised manner, prioritising tasks to support smooth and continuous kitchen operations.
- To follow trail lists in quiet times and ensure weekly cleaning is carried out to a standard that represents the standards of the brand..
- To effectively manage your time to meet service demands.
- To work in a tidy and clean manner, adhering to 5* company standards of cleanliness and section breakdown on all occasions.
- To comply with operational checks on Trail and complete lists honestly and accurately.
- To communicate effectively and appropriately with all staff during service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.81-£16.81 per hour
