We are recruiting full time or part-time bar and waiting staff for the Whiski Rooms and Whiski Restaurant & Bar in the Old Town. We are part of an independent group of restaurants and bars based in Edinburgh.
We are looking for fun, confident, enthusiastic staff who enjoy providing customers with a great experience. We are recruiting full-time or part-time waiting and floor staff who have experience working in busy restaurants and bars, have a passion for food, drinks, cocktails, whisky, craft beer and wine.
Your Specification:
- Previous experience required in a busy restaurant and/or bar
- Excellent waiting and server skills
- You will be well-presented, articulate and organised and have friendly and efficient personality.
- Possess strong waiting & customer service skills & enjoy interacting with customers
- Engaging with customers is essential therefore enjoyment in delivering the very highest levels of service is essential
- You thrive in providing great hospitality to your customers
- You are well presented and organised, and good communication
- Good at written and spoken English
- You have a natural can-do attitude and proactive approach
- You are hard working, reliable and hard-working
