Role details:
Both day and night positions available
Contract: Either 33 hours per week (3 shifts per week) or 38.5 hours (3 shifts week 1, 4 shifts week 2) according to preference
Shift pattern: 8am-8pm/8pm-8am depending on whether day or night role
Pay: 12.88 per hour

About the Role
As a Care Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting residents to live comfortable, fulfilling and meaningful lives. Every day is different, and you'll make a genuine difference through the care, kindness and companionship you provide.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities
Assisting with nutrition, hydration and mealtime support
Encouraging participation in hobbies, activities and social engagement
Providing emotional support and companionship
Promoting independence, dignity and choice at all times
Maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment
Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding care
Participating in training and development opportunities
