What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute the company's engineering vision, innovation strategy, and technical roadmap
- Lead engineering operations, product development, industrial technology initiatives, and technical excellence programs
- Drive research, development, and implementation of innovative engineering solutions
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align engineering investments with business objectives
- Oversee engineering governance, project delivery, quality standards, and operational performance
- Lead large-scale engineering, technology modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish key performance indicators and operational metrics to support business growth
- Manage engineering budgets, resource planning, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering and technical leadership teams
Requirements:
- Experience in engineering leadership, industrial technology, manufacturing technology, technical operations, product development, or related executive roles
- Strong understanding of engineering management, innovation strategy, operational excellence, and business transformation
- Proven ability to lead large-scale engineering teams and complex technical programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities
- Commercial awareness with the ability to align engineering strategy with organizational growth objectives
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and enterprise-level projects
- Professional engineering qualifications or equivalent executive leadership experience are advantageous but not essential
