Hope you're having a great week! We are excited to be growing our wonderful team in Gosforth, NE13 and are looking for caring Support Workers to join us. This special role involves providing dedicated, compassionate care to a lovely non-verbal male teenager with autism.

- A flexible approach to working hours.
- Applicants must have full, unrestricted work rights in the UK and the ability to work here on a permanent basis without employer sponsorship.
- You must hold a Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service to start this role.*If you do not currently have an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service, you will be responsible for the cost of obtaining one*.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting teenage male with his day-to-day activities and promoting independence.
- Helping your client enjoy activities , and facilitating community integration and social interaction
- Encouraging independence for your client, while offering an appropriate level of assistance.
- Offering your client emotional reassurance and helping him manage challenges such as frustration, anxiety, or mood changes.
- Assisting him in the development and implementation of effective coping strategies.
- Providing personal care, companionship, and consistent emotional support.
