What You'll Be Doing
- Represent a variety of services, including fundraising initiatives, broadband packages, and leading brand products.
- Engage with customers face-to-face, explaining the benefits and value of our offerings.
- Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customers have a positive experience.
- Manage your schedule effectively to maximise opportunities and productivity.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales performance.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain consistent communication.
- Travel safely between appointments while adhering to road regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Confident communicators with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales is an advantage but not essential.
- Motivated individuals who enjoy meeting new people and working towards targets.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Basic IT skills for reporting and scheduling.
- A valid UK driving licence and reliable transport are preferred.
