Salary: £25,000 per annum, 37.5 hour week (option for progression to Senior/Specialist roles).
Contract: Full‑time, permanent. Hybrid working after training (regular in‑office presence required).
Shifts: Monday‑Thursday: two shifts 9am‑5pm, two 11am-7pm. Friday 9am‑5pm. Occasional Saturday (9am‑1pm) on 1 in 3 rota.
Location: Birchwood, Warrington (WA3 7PB) — must live or be able to reliably commute within ~25 minutes of Birchwood.
About the role
At Angel Advance, we provide free expert debt advice to individuals in financial hardship. Regulated by the FCA, people are at the heart of what we do.
- Manage enquiries from an existing client base — handling day‑to‑day account queries through phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp and live chat.
- Assist both simple and complex enquiries, ensuring customers understand their finances and progress towards better outcomes.
- Work within regulatory guidelines, ensuring every interaction is compliant and in the customer’s best interests.
- Contribute to improving the customer journey and service processes.
- Attend training/coaching sessions to stay updated and progress in your career.
What you'll bring:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (phone or digital channels preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including structured emails/texts.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritise and make decisions.
- Willingness to learn and operate in a regulated environment.
- Residency or reliable commute within ~25 minutes of Birchwood WA3.
