The role
As an Account Manager at Latus Group, you will own the commercial relationship with a portfolio of established Latus Group customers. You are accountable for four things: contract retention, customer relationship, revenue growth, and services adopted.
This is a commercial role, not service coordination. Scheduling and routine queries sit with our operational teams. You stay close enough to delivery to spot risk early, without becoming the day-to-day coordinator.
Key responsibilities
Own a portfolio of established customers, deliver an annual retention and growth target, and keep a live account plan for every priority customer
Lead renewals, pricing and contract negotiations, protecting value and margin
Cross-sell across the Latus service range and grow share of wallet into new sites, divisions and populations
Hold relationships at several levels: operations, HR, health and safety, procurement and executive
Run a regular strategic review rhythm and turn performance data into recommendations, not reports
Spot account risk early, coordinate the recovery, and keep scope, pricing and expectations aligned
Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in HubSpot
Candidate experience
A minimum of two years in business-to-business account management, customer growth or commercial relationship management
Experience of complex, multi-site or enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders
Evidence of revenue grown and customers retained, with numbers you can talk to
Confident leading senior customer meetings and commercial negotiations unsupported
A track record of turning an opportunity into a structured commercial proposal
Sector experience in occupational health, healthcare, wellbeing or another regulated service is advantageous, not essential
