Duties
- Demonstrate SharkNinja products in-store, showcasing key features and benefits to customers
- Engage with shoppers, answer product questions, and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Drive product sales while working towards individual performance targets
- Create two engaging short-form social media videos each week featuring SharkNinja products
- Represent the SharkNinja brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence
- Work collaboratively with the team to create an engaging and welcoming in-store experience
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to confidently demonstrate features and benefits
Requirements
- Proven experience creating engaging social media content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook
- An established social media presence with an engaged following, demonstrating the ability to create content that resonates with audiences
- Confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with customers and representing a premium consumer brand
- Confident appearing on camera and creating authentic short-form video content
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, social media, and digital trends
- Reliable, self-motivated, and organised, with the ability to balance in-store responsibilities and content creation
What We Offer
- 8-hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday
- Competitive daily pay (£150), plus commission (subject to KPI achievement)
- Contribution towards travel expenses
- Campaign running from mid-August through to December, with the possibility of extension beyond the initial campaign
- Pre-booked holidays and occasional commitments can be discussed
- Opportunities available in Kingston, Cheltenham, Staples Corner, and Swindon
