Tre Fitness is a premium, performance driven health club in folkestone.
You must be able to do the following shifts:
- Wednesday 6am-1:45pm
- Thursday 6am-2pm
- Saturday 12am-6pm
every other
- Friday 1pm-9pm
- Sunday 8am-4pm
with the possibility for further hours.
The Role
The Front of House (FOH) Team is our member's first point of contact and set the tone for the member experience at Tre Fitness: we expect energy, enthusiasm, and a dedication to customer service. We are looking for a proactive person who will go above and beyond to look after the best interests of the club and its staff, members, and guests.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent interaction and communication skills, be able to manage difficult conversations, and be responsible for the overall member experience, ensuring that all visitors to the club are welcomed and have a great visit every time.
The club, changing rooms, and reception space must be kept clean and maintained to a high level for operations to deliver a premium service and facilities to all our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting all members and guests to the club and creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Know The Club: equipment, timetable, instructors, pricing, etc.
- Create a rapport with our members
- Sales Outreach e.g. leafletting and attending events
- Reporting maintenance requirements
- Opening and Closing the club
Essential Requirements
- 5-Star customer service skills/experience
- Good Communicator
- Friendly disposition
- Good Organisational skills
Available for shift work, including early shifts (starting 06:00)
