Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer/Installer to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining air conditioning systems across various domestic homes. The ideal candidate will have experience being part of an air conditioning installation team, possess good knowledge of all the major manufacturersor Ac equipment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their expertise within a dynamic environment. You do not have to be FGAS registered as you work with our FGas engineers to acheive seemless domestic installations.
Duties
- Install new air conditioning units in accordance with schematics and technical specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment, including compressors, fans, and control systems
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints for installation and repair procedures
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Assist in the construction or refurbishment of HVAC systems within new or existing structures
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system conditions for future reference
Qualifications
- Proven experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and or repair
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise team members when necessary
- Proficiency in equipment repair and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety standards within the construction or HVAC industry
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel between domestic homes in the Bath/Somerset ara is required

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,009.46 per year
